Sam is a passionate Exercise Physiologist and recent graduate of the University of Canberra. He has extensive knowledge and skills to design and deliver safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.

He has previously been a competitive runner and has extensive experience with running programming, injuries and technique modification. He is very keen to get runners into a strength environment to minimise injury risk and increase running efficiency.

Over the past 3 years Sam has been working with the Canberra Demons to provide assistance with rehabilitation and S&C. This has included injury prevention, rehabilitation and gym programing.

Currently, Sam is training towards the ACT Powerlifting Championship in 2020. He is passionate about providing education around lifting programming, mechanics and technique modification, and how this is vital for injury prevention and longevity in a sporting environment.

Sam targets treatment  to your individual and personal needs, focused around meeting your goals and getting you back to moving and doing daily activities better than ever before.
