Georgia Clayden is a qualified Physiotherapist who has worked in clinical practice for over 3 years. She has had significant experience in high performance sports as both an athlete and Physiotherapist, working with rugby union, volleyball, netball, AFL and other sporting teams over her career.
Georgia is interested in youth and adolescent injuries and is passionate about helping girls and women understand their bodies and how to get the most of out of their training.
Georgia also developed and delivers the “Move like a Girl” strength class at SportsCare Dickson’s Woolley St clinic to provide a safe space for young girls to practise resistance training and being in a gym environment. She is currently working towards implementing a program for local schools and community sporting clubs to empower young girls and women to regularly exercise to maintain their health and wellbeing.
