Background

Juliet is an occupational therapist who graduated from the University of Queensland with a Master of Occupational Therapy Studies. Since graduating Juliet has worked in a variety of roles within the public hospital sector and within adult rehabilitation.

She has recently returned from living in Vietnam where she completed an Australian Volunteers for International Development project. She was teaching occupational therapy and hand therapy skills to local Vietnamese therapists at the largest hospital in Southern Vietnam.

Juliet has a special interest in hand therapy and is passionate about working with people to help regain and maintain functional skills important to them. Her particular areas of interest include injuries to the hand and fingers and post surgical wound and scar management, desensitisation and splinting.
